i like this new song much much.. hehe happened to be, i learned this song for LineDanceFunk yesterday... OMG!! the steps really 'hurts' my back coz i have to move my lower body often.. GILA BEST to the max!!! and i still feel the pain due to my BodyFirst program.. Nick mendera!!! i feel maximum pain at my arms and my lower body... xpe, im giving myself 3 months only rite?
hehe...served you right la, Nad...but i cn already feel the changes a bit..hehe..i admit i've become addicted to the heavy-pushup that Nick trained me.. i'll do that without fail everyday..
deary, im in the beginning of adpating a healthy life without any supplements..thank God im not a smoker n drinker..

whatever, i feel free-like-flying after the whole hectic week for me last week..thats superb crazy man! imagine i hd problems and misunderstandings wit ppls i love much due to my hectic schedule..GILA KA APA!!
i cant imagine how disaster i was last week... reached home at 10@11pm, stayed in Nilai for almost 1 week for the recons thingy..
i was so damn tired n when i reached home, i hd no mood to talk to my hsemates... especially Fida.
yeay, we used to go work everyday in the morning together..but last week, i hd to go early n i just walk out form the hse just like that without telling her that i cant afford to be late this week..
i think we hd misunderstanding each other and lack og communication, maybe..she thought i tarik muka kot with her..hehe.. fida fida.. how cn i tarik muka with u lol.. later no one wants to give comment bout abg EMO..haha

but now everything back to normal..God, i left 4 more days before i cnn get back to my class as normal..excited, tp MALAS jgk sbnrnye.. how??

today? i got bunch of works and assignments from my boss. she just got back from 2-days hols, so end up, i jgk yg kne abiskn kerjanya.. what to do, that's kuli all about. haiya, forget bout that la.

today jgk, i broke my diet rule (NO-RICE-CHICKEN-MEAT)..but then, i was soo penat with all those work, i ate mcd today. what a PLEEAASSANT lunch, nadiah...

i'm getting worried day-by-day..i'm getting fatter. i frust la, dh xmuat my grey jeans i bought from Giordano..i need to get back to my routine. so, after this, i need to straight away go to gym after office hour (regardless pnat mcm nk mamps...)

i miss my old body... =(

xpelah..with full determination, i'm giving myself a chance 4 3 MONTHS!!! chaiyok2!!

today pegi office dgn sgt awal.. i was so damn sleepy this morning.. alarm clock suppose on at 6.ooam, tp HASFIDA HALIM sudah menganggu waktu tidurku..!!! ths week would be my 3rd week working wit Danone Dumex (M) Sdn Bhd.

as usual, i picked my bus to Bangsar at 6.45am. dlm bus, lain ceritenye... when the lights off, our eyes shut too..in the bus, can u imagine, i worked 8hrs in the office but i was out of my house for half of the day (balance?? on ROAD la...) ala, dh mengantuk, anywhere pn xksah.

from shah alam till LRT Universiti, then only i woke up (eh, it's tiring tau!). GOOD MORNING, nadiah..
