today jgk, i broke my diet rule (NO-RICE-CHICKEN-MEAT)..but then, i was soo penat with all those work, i ate mcd today. what a PLEEAASSANT lunch, nadiah...
i'm getting worried day-by-day..i'm getting fatter. i frust la, dh xmuat my grey jeans i bought from Giordano..i need to get back to my routine. so, after this, i need to straight away go to gym after office hour (regardless pnat mcm nk mamps...)
xpelah..with full determination, i'm giving myself a chance 4 3 MONTHS!!! chaiyok2!!
